Compliance and Enforcement:

Compliance and Enforcement

The safety of customers and the health of regulated businesses depend on people making sure businesses have the proper licenses. Businesses and persons who are discovered to be operating unlawfully or engaged in deceptive tactics are subject to enforcement action after our enforcement team investigates complaints, inspects, and takes action.

Please visit our website or contact our Licensing Division if you would need additional information regarding licensing with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Helping you become compliant with regulations, boosting consumer confidence, and bolstering Florida’s agricultural and consumer sectors’ economic viability is our top priority.
